The journey began in 2009 when neighbors started sharing their visions through community surveys. These ideas evolved into a solid concept plan that eventually received the official stamp of approval from the Athens-Clarke County Mayor and Commission. This thoughtful, collaborative approach ensured that Boulevard Woods would truly reflect the character and needs of the neighborhood it serves.
