Recreational Facilities

History and Community Programs

Krannert Park, part of the Indy Parks system, was formerly a YMCA property until the 1970s when it was acquired by the city.

The park serves as a community hub, offering a range of programs and activities for all ages. These include swimming lessons, dance classes, karate, and aerobics.

The park also hosts seasonal events, such as an annual Santa meet and greet during the winter months.
