Recent Development

In 2017, the park underwent significant changes as part of a development project. Trees were removed to make way for the Plaster Athletic Complex, which was planned to include softball and baseball facilities, as well as a football/soccer stadium, track, and parking areas.

This development altered the park's original landscape and amenities.
