Sports Facilities

The Holiday Park Baseball Complex is the crown jewel of this multi-purpose space in West Des Moines, Iowa. With eleven baseball fields, the complex hosts USSSA tournaments and daily recreational baseball leagues for kids from 5U to 15U - a place where youngsters can develop their skills and enjoy the game.

Beyond baseball, Holiday Park offers a variety of facilities for sports enthusiasts of all kinds.

Softball Complex

Baseball isn't the only game in town at Holiday Park. Head east of the 14th Street entrance, and you'll come across a well-maintained 7-field softball complex that's part of the West Des Moines Girls Softball program.

The softball facilities accommodate both competitive leagues and casual games.

Aquatic Center

When the Iowa summer heat kicks in, the Holiday Aquatic Center becomes the place to be. It provides relief from hot and humid days, with water features for swimmers of all ages.

Location and Access

One of the nice things about Holiday Park is how easy it is to find - it's just a few blocks west of Valley Junction's shops, making it convenient to combine a shopping trip with some outdoor recreation.

Getting here is straightforward: take Railroad Avenue to 14th Street, then head north for two blocks to reach the main entrance and parking lot. You'll be enjoying all the park has to offer in no time.
