Park Overview

Found in Olathe, Frisco Lake Park spans a generous 62 acres, with 24 of those acres being the serene lake itself. It's a versatile park where family members can find something to enjoy, whether you're looking for some quiet time or more active fun.

The lake creates a beautiful backdrop for the park's 0.9-mile loop walking path, which doubles as a fitness trail complete with exercise equipment for those looking to add some variety to their workout. The paved trail is popular for daily strolls, jogs, and dog walks. You'll come across benches scattered along the way when you need a moment to catch your breath or simply take in the views.

Children's Play Area

If you have little ones, they'll love the modern playground that takes its inspiration from nature. It's particularly well-suited for younger children, with manageable climbing features, a hillside slide flanked by rock steps, and a pretty cool web swing that toddlers and preschoolers seem to gravitate toward.

The sand play area is a hit with the younger crowd too, giving them a taste of nature-based play.
