One of the oldest parks in Wichita's park system, Otis Park traces its origins to 1907, when L.W. Clapp, while representing the City Manager, sold the land to the city. This charming 0.54-acre pocket of greenery in the Midtown neighborhood sits at the crossroads of North Market Street and 13th Street, following the path of what was once a bustling railroad line.
