Otis Park is a small public park located in the Midtown neighborhood of Wichita, Kansas. The park occupies 0.54 acres at the intersection of North Market Street and 13th Street, along the former path of a railroad line.

The land for Otis Park was originally owned by L.W. Clapp, who sold it to the city of Wichita in 1907 while serving as City Manager. This makes Otis Park one of the oldest parks in Wichita's park system.
