Stansbury Park

Up until 1985, locals knew this park as the Third Street Triangle before it was renamed to honor William B. Stansbury, one of Louisville's former mayors. Today, Stansbury Park offers 7 acres of green refuge near the University of Louisville's Belknap Campus, and as part of the Olmsted Park System designed by the Olmsted Brothers, this small retreat carries some serious historical weight in Louisville's landscape.
