The park sits snugly between McRee Avenue to the south, an alley separating Folsom and Blaine to the north, and S. Spring Avenue to the east. Its western edge blocks through traffic on Blaine Avenue, creating a quieter, safer space for park visitors.

What immediately catches your attention here is the tiered concrete semi-circle that acts as the park's centerpiece. It's not your typical park feature, which makes it all the more interesting.
