And yes, clean restrooms are available, so you can comfortably spend a few hours here.

Trails and Connections

If you're into exploring on foot, the park offers good options. Allegro Park is the northern trailhead for the Seven Hills Trail system, making it an ideal jumping-off point for longer adventures.

What's nice is how the park doesn't exist in isolation - it's connected to other neighborhood parks through a network of bike paths and walking trails. You'll find Elise L. Wolff Elementary School right next door, and the City of Henderson keeps everything in good shape.

In response to the region's water challenges, the City of Henderson has made some thoughtful changes here. They've removed 8,600 square feet of traditional turf and transformed 68,700 square feet into water-efficient landscaping.

These smart adjustments aren't just for show - they're saving an estimated 1,847,000 gallons of water annually. It's an example of how public spaces can adapt to environmental realities while remaining functional for visitors.
