Alexander Villas Park

Alexander Villas Park is a 13-acre neighborhood park located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally built in 1985 and expanded in 2000, the park offers a variety of recreational facilities for visitors of all ages.

Situated in the Sunrise Manor community of Las Vegas, Alexander Villas Park provides a blend of natural beauty and recreational opportunities. The park features well-maintained trails and open spaces, making it suitable for walking, running, and other outdoor activities.

In 2017, Clark County approved nearly $3 million in improvements for Alexander Villas Park. These upgrades included new playground equipment, new lighting, a new basketball court, a new trail, and a climbing wall, among other amenities. The improvements were funded through a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as the park is located in an area where a majority of nearby households are considered low to moderate income.

Alexander Villas Park is open from 6 AM to 11 PM daily, allowing visitors ample time to enjoy its facilities.
