Positioned in a residential pocket of Sparks, Fireburst Park is a cozy 2.4-acre green space that represents a little neighborhood oasis. The park offers a simple but welcoming grassy area that's great for throwing a frisbee, having an impromptu picnic, or just lounging with a good book.

There's a playground for the kiddos, however it seems to be better suited for older children since the play structure sits quite high off the ground. Fair warning: the equipment could use a bit of TLC according to some park-goers.

One of the park's nicer features is its walking paths that circle the perimeter. These paths make for a pleasant loop if you're looking to stretch your legs or get some easy exercise while enjoying some fresh air.

The convenient location within a residential area means you can easily pop over for a quick nature break if you live nearby. Just note that there aren't any public restrooms here, so plan accordingly before your visit.
