Monuments with Meaning

The park features an interesting collection of monuments and memorials. The Columbus Firefighters Memorial stands proudly with its eternal flame, honoring since 1958 those brave souls who lost their lives in the line of duty.

Art lovers will appreciate the "Freedom" sculpture, gifted to Columbus by renowned artist Alfred Tibor in 1985.
