Big Walnut Park is a 136.144-acre community park located in the Mid-East area of Columbus, Ohio. The park is split into two sections, with an additional entrance off Lattimer Drive.

Dog Park Amenities

One of the main attractions is the Big Walnut Dog Park, which contains separate areas for small and large dogs. The dog park does not have water access, but it does provide parking (including handicapped spots), portable restrooms, picnic tables, and an informational kiosk for visitors.

Big Walnut Park boasts extensive green spaces and wooded areas, providing a natural habitat for local wildlife. The park includes a pond or lake that is stocked for fishing, offering opportunities for anglers.
