The park got a major upgrade in 2019 with the addition of a synthetic turf field perched atop a hill. This versatile space hosts everything from football and soccer to baseball and softball games. The Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation helped create this youth-focused facility as their 90th Youth Development Park project. If you visit on a weekend, you'll likely catch a local softball game in progress as teams take advantage of this quality playing surface.
