Blue Bell Park, also known as Blue Bell Hill Park, is a small public park located in the Blue Bell Hill neighborhood of Germantown, Philadelphia. Situated along the Wissahickon Creek, the park offers visitors a peaceful natural setting within the urban environment.

Of historical significance, the RittenhouseTown Historic District is located at Blue Bell Hill. This area preserves remnants of one of America's earliest paper-making communities, offering visitors a glimpse into Philadelphia's industrial past.
In 1974, Blue Bell Park gained notoriety as the original site of the Philadelphia Greek Picnic, an event organized by undergraduate Pan-Hellenic Council members. Over the years, this gathering grew significantly, eventually attracting over 250,000 attendees before moving to a larger venue.
