Cira Green is a unique elevated park situated atop a 12-story parking garage in the University City district of Philadelphia. This 1.25-acre public space offers visitors panoramic views of the Philadelphia skyline and Schuylkill River.

Opened in 2015, Cira Green serves as an innovative example of urban green space design and stormwater management.
