The park is divided into three distinct sections, each with its own parking area on the eastern side of Cherokee Boulevard. The East Parking Lot provides convenient access to one of these sections, allowing visitors to easily explore the park's features and amenities.
Sequoyah Park & Greenway incorporates both open park spaces and a greenway trail. The greenway, known as Sequoyah Greenway, runs for 2.7 miles along the median of Cherokee Boulevard. This soft-surfaced trail is suitable for walking, jogging, and cycling, providing a pleasant route through the picturesque neighborhood.
