Situated right across from Langford Elementary School, it's perfectly positioned for families looking to burn off some after-school energy or enjoy a weekend picnic.

Recent Upgrades

The park got a nice refresh recently, thanks to a $40,000 grant from the Austin Parks Foundation in 2020 (part of the Austin City Limits Music Festival Grants Program). The money went toward creating a new perimeter trail and installing a much-needed water fountain - small additions that make a big difference for regular park-goers.

Nature Playscape

One of the coolest features has to be the Kendra Page Nature Playscape, completed in 2022. Unlike your typical plastic-and-metal playground, this natural play area incorporates tree logs, stumps, and a winding nature trail. It's one of just a handful of these natural playscapes in Austin, offering kids a chance to interact with nature differently than at traditional playgrounds. Don't worry though - there's still a small traditional playground with swings and a gravel area for those who prefer the classics.
