Just a quick 1.5-mile jaunt from State Highway 6, getting to the park is a breeze. With ample parking and well-maintained facilities, you can focus on enjoying your visit.

Splashing Around

During Texas heat waves, Bee Creek's aquatic facility provides welcome relief. The impressive 50-meter pool offers plenty of space for serious swimmers, while little ones can safely splash in the separate wading pool.

Right next door, Adamson Lagoon water park tempts with exciting slides for a $7 entrance fee. The lifeguards are attentive, and the facilities are well-maintained.

Sports Galore

For sports enthusiasts, The park features four lighted tennis courts and pickleball courts (though heads up - renovations are planned for Fall 2024).

Fancy a game of softball? Two lighted softball fields with covered bleachers await your home runs. There's also a sand volleyball court for those who prefer their sports with a side of sand. Cricket players use the space too, however be prepared for some uneven terrain.

Natural Beauty

Take a deep breath and wander through the park's 17-acre arboretum, a peaceful retreat from everyday hustle. The paved walking trails wind through wooded areas, clearly marked so you can lose yourself in nature without actually getting lost.

Keep your eyes open for fluttering friends in the butterfly garden maintained by Texas Master Naturalists - Gulf Fritillaries are frequent visitors. And of course, Bee Creek itself flows through the park, offering glimpses of local wildlife going about their day.

Family Fun

Kids have plenty of space to burn energy at two playgrounds designed with safety and fun in mind. The main playground offers welcome shade and features tall slides and a thrilling zip line that kids absolutely love.

Planning a gathering? The park's pavilion holds up to 100 people and comes equipped with 12 picnic tables, lights, water, and electrical outlets - well-suited for family reunions or community events. Around the park, you'll find numerous picnic spots with dedicated grills and waste bins, making outdoor meals convenient.

Practical Stuff

When nature calls, clean restrooms are available, mainly near the baseball fields. You'll come across water fountains scattered throughout, including a special dog-friendly fountain for your four-legged friends.

Speaking of pets, dogs are welcome in the open spaces, but you should keep them leashed when hitting the trails. And if you're visiting with little ones, the paved pathways make stroller navigation easy and stress-free.
