Tipton Park

The park received a custom-designed pavilion as part of this program, which aimed to create durable, contextual, and safe structures that would be embraced by the surrounding community. The pavilion at Tipton Park, designed by The Hillier Group (formerly Hildinger Associates Architects), features a bold design with a cantilevered roof and strong vertical columns. This design set the stage for future pavilion projects in Dallas parks.

The park offers a variety of amenities for visitors, including recreational facilities and natural areas for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment.
