Feel like stretching your legs? The park features a concrete trail extending 0.29 miles - ideal for a quick jog or a leisurely walk. If you're seeking open spaces to toss a frisbee or dedicated areas for specific activities, the layout accommodates various interests.

Hungry after all that play? Several picnic tables are scattered across the grounds, many benefiting from natural shade cast by the park's mature trees - a welcome relief on sunny Texas days.

Cool Off at the Splash Pad

Perhaps the star attraction here is the splash pad that opened in May 2018 and has since been expanded. This refreshing water feature was funded through voter-approved bonds and grassroots fundraising efforts by the local community.

The splash pad is completely free to use and tends to be a hit with kids under 10. The water temperature is comfortable - not too cold, not too warm. Just note that shade is limited directly around the splash area, so sunscreen is definitely your friend here.
