Park History

Lincolnshire Park was established in 1985 and encompasses 15.381 acres of land. It is situated in the Lincolnshire Addition, a residential neighborhood in Fort Worth.

Initially functioning as undeveloped open space, the park underwent its first phase of improvements around 1987 following requests from local residents. The City Council approved a bond transfer to initiate these improvements, which primarily consisted of site work.

Further enhancements were made around 1990, with additional playground renovations taking place in 1999.
