Trebly Park is a cozy yet lively urban green space nestled in downtown Houston, Texas. Opening its gates in January 2023, this charming spot sits at the intersection of Leeland and Fannin Streets, just a stone's throw from Toyota Center.

The park's unique L-shape stretches across portions of three city blocks - which cleverly inspired its name "Trebly," meaning "three times as much".

Development and Purpose

The Downtown Redevelopment Authority brought this park to life to meet the needs of downtown Houston's growing southern residential community.

It's a peaceful retreat where nearby residents, office workers, and visitors can gather and escape the urban hustle, even if just for a lunch break or quick coffee.

At the heart of Trebly Park lies a central lawn surrounded by garden areas, creating a versatile space meant for both events and quiet relaxation. The gardens feature colorful flowers and well-maintained greenery.

Anchoring the park is a 2,400-square-foot café run by local favorite Tout Suite. The café serves up tasty meals from breakfast through dinner, alongside coffee, pastries, and various refreshments.

You can choose between indoor comfort or outdoor seating to enjoy your meal. If you're timing your visit, note that they offer a happy hour Monday through Saturday from 3-7 PM with discounted drinks.

Trebly Park encourages green transportation with its BCycle station, bike racks, and a handy bike repair station.

These additions make cycling to and from the park more convenient. If you're driving, you'll find metered parking around the park's perimeter, with free parking available after 6 PM.
