It sits right by Mooneyham Elementary School (part of Frisco ISD) and is a popular outdoor spot for surrounding neighborhoods, with various amenities for residents.

Kids rule at Ash Woods with two separate playground areas that thoughtfully cater to different age groups. The larger playground keeps the 5-12 crowd entertained, while the smaller one is perfectly sized for the preschool set and tiny tots still finding their playground legs.
