Charles W. Hill Park is a small public park located in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia. The park spans 0.40 acres and was named in honor of Alexandria Police Officer Corporal Charles W. Hill, who gave his life in the line of duty.

The park features shaded sitting areas and large shade trees, providing a peaceful respite for visitors. A walking path winds through the green space, allowing for leisurely strolls.
The park also includes an open turf area suitable for casual play and relaxation.
Community Contributions
One unique feature of Charles W. Hill Park is the collection of colorful birdhouses installed throughout the grounds. Local Del Ray residents contributed approximately 25 birdhouses, adding charm and character to the park while supporting the local bird population.
The Alexandria Police Special Operations team has adopted Charles W. Hill Park and maintains the landscaping and plantings around the park's welcome sign. This partnership helps keep the park well-maintained for community enjoyment.
Educational Elements
Two informational signs can be found on the grounds - one describing the history of the St. Asaph Racetrack and another providing biographical information about Corporal Charles Hill, for whom the park is named.
