Forest Park is the largest park in Everett, Washington, spanning 197 acres. Established in 1894 with an initial purchase of 10 acres, the park has grown significantly over the years.

The park's history is rich and varied. In the early 20th century, it was home to a zoo that operated from 1914 to 1976.
During the 1930s, the Works Progress Administration (WPA) significantly transformed the park, creating many of its enduring features including rock walls, an extensive trail system, and terraced hillsides.
