Situated in south Everett, Washington near Boeing's facilities, Kasch Memorial Park sprawls across 60 acres as the city's premier athletic hub. This well-maintained complex is popular among local athletes and sports enthusiasts looking for quality playing spaces.

Field of Dreams

At the heart of Kasch Park sits the Rowley Softball Complex, featuring four softball fields complete with lights and bleachers for those evening games and supportive spectators. The park doesn't stop at softball, however - you'll also find a dedicated Little League baseball field and four multi-sport fields that accommodate various activities.

Perhaps the most appreciated feature here is the synthetic turf on the multi-sport fields. When the notorious Pacific Northwest rain hits, these fields remain playable year-round without turning into mud pits. High fences with protective netting keep balls from flying into neighboring areas or parking lots. While most fields are well-maintained, it's worth noting that Field 1 occasionally gets less TLC than its counterparts.

From soccer matches to lacrosse games, these versatile fields host nearly any sport you can imagine playing on an open field. The lights mean the fun doesn't have to end when the sun goes down.

Beyond Organized Sports

Not part of a league? No problem. The park offers plenty for casual visitors too. Kids can burn off energy at the playground area, which features climbing equipment and safety-conscious padded surfaces suitable for various ages.

If you're planning a gathering, you'll appreciate the picnic facilities with four-sided tables that accommodate up to eight people each, plus dedicated serving tables. A covered shelter near the playground provides welcome protection from surprise showers or intense summer sun.

For those who prefer a leisurely pace, walking trails meander throughout the property, meant for a casual stroll while others are engaged in more competitive pursuits.

Tournament Central

Kasch Park hosts several tournaments throughout the year, including the annual Mukilteo Turkey Shoot Soccer Tournament that attracts more than 100 teams. The extensive facilities accommodate large-scale sporting events that are popular in the community.

During weekday afternoons and evenings, you'll typically find the fields buzzing with league practices and games, creating an energetic atmosphere of athletic dedication.

Good to Know Before You Go

Comfort-wise, you'll discover permanent restrooms south of Field 3, with portable toilets strategically placed between Fields 1 and 2.

With 460 parking spaces, you shouldn't struggle to find a spot on most days. That said, during tournaments or when multiple games are happening simultaneously, parking can get tight, so you might want to arrive a bit early.

Note that pets aren't allowed on the fields, in bleachers, or dugouts - a rule that helps maintain those playing surfaces in top condition. The park welcomes visitors daily from 8AM to 8PM.
