Waterfront Access Point
Andover Place is a small urban park located along Beach Drive SW in Seattle, Washington. This narrow strip of land between buildings provides public access to the beach along Puget Sound.
The park was donated to the city in 1948 by Edward P. Grad and Betty Grad, with the intention that it be "used exclusively for public recreation and access to waters of Puget Sound."

Visitors to Andover Place can enjoy scenic views of the Kitsap Peninsula and Puget Sound from this waterfront location.
