Whether you're into hiking, trail running, or off-road biking, there's up to 30 miles of backcountry terrain to explore.

Just be prepared for some interesting landscapes - the gravel paths can get steep in sections. As you make your way along the trails, you'll spot train tracks running below the bluff, adding a touch of industrial charm to the natural setting.

The Friends of Polly Judd Park, a local non-profit, organizes volunteer events throughout the year to maintain the space.

One event to note is Brush on the Bluff (or Art on the Bluff) in May. This plein air event brings local artists into the park to create art with the public observing. The focus often leans toward botanical and natural themes, and even after the event wraps up, you might stumble upon remnants of floral art installations during your visit.

Dog-Friendly Environment

Four-legged friends are welcome at Polly Judd, however they need to stay on leash at all times. The park is well-equipped with waste stations, and the open spaces, especially near the bluff area, give dogs plenty of room to sniff around and stretch their legs while you take in those views.
