What we love about Olbrich is that it doesn't hibernate when winter hits. The park transforms with a pretty awesome sledding hill where kids (and let's be honest, adults too) can zoom down when snow blankets the city. There's also a designated ice skating area when it's cold enough, and you'll often spot dedicated ice fishing enthusiasts dotting the frozen lake.

When you've got little ones in tow, the playgrounds offer a welcome diversion. And around the park, scenic overlooks provide those peaceful moments to just breathe and take in the lake views.
