Grand Canal Linear Park is a 4.5-mile long park located in Glendale, Arizona that runs along the historic Grand Canal. The park stretches from 75th Avenue and Camelback Road to 97th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, following the path of the canal.
The park features a paved, lighted trail that is popular for walking, jogging, cycling, and horseback riding. The trail crosses the canal at several points, providing different perspectives of the waterway. Lush landscaping and trees line the path, offering shade and creating a pleasant green corridor through the urban environment.
At the eastern end near 75th Avenue and Camelback Road, the park includes a fully accessible playground with equipment like slides and swings. This area provides recreational opportunities for families and children of all abilities.
