The park is home to the Julie Marilyn Reitan Softball Complex, named in honor of a local softball player who played for the University of Arizona. This complex serves as a venue for various softball events throughout the year, including youth tournaments.
Lincoln Regional Park also includes the Atterbury-Lyman Sanctuary, offering visitors an opportunity to observe local wildlife and enjoy the natural desert environment. The park's diverse landscape provides a balance between active recreational areas and spaces for nature appreciation.
The park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., with certain areas like the softball complex having specific operational hours. Visitors should note that the park undergoes regular maintenance, with some facilities closed on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
