Eader Park is a small neighborhood park located in Huntington Beach, California. This newly redesigned 2.68-acre park is situated next to Banning Library and a local elementary school, offering a serene outdoor space for local residents to enjoy.
Play Areas
The park features a modern playground area with accessible equipment, providing a safe and fun environment for children of all abilities. Reopened in September 2023, the playground has a unique design with rubber matting in a flower shape. The play area includes various climbing apparatuses, slides, a spinning/rocking zone, and a communication board.
A swing set is also available with two infant swings, two full-sized swings, and a tire swing, adding to the recreational options for younger visitors.
Park Features
The park's layout includes open grassy areas and a soccer field, making it suitable for various casual activities and relaxation. A paved path runs through the park, perfect for walking or biking. There are several benches available for picnics or sitting and resting.
Eader Park has limited trees for shade and is equipped with trash bins for visitor convenience. Though dog-friendly, the park does not have designated pet facilities.

The park's location near residential areas makes it a popular spot for families and individuals seeking a nearby green space for outdoor activities. Eader Park offers handicapped accessibility throughout. Visitors should note that there are no public restrooms or water fountains available. Parking is available in a small lot and on surrounding streets. Eader Park is open daily from 6AM to 9PM.
