Sprawling across about 5.5 acres, this park offers a verdant escape in East Oakland. With its location near 66th Avenue and practically in the shadow of the Oakland Coliseum, it offers green space in the surrounding area.

There's plenty of open, grassy terrain where you can spread out a picnic blanket or kick around a soccer ball. Meandering paths cut through the grounds, ideal for a leisurely stroll or a quick morning jog. You'll discover benches scattered throughout when you need a moment to sit and soak in the scenery, plus several fire pits for evening gatherings.

For the more actively inclined, the park houses a basketball court and a soccer field where friendly competitions regularly unfold. Little ones have their own space too, with a playground designed for climbing, sliding, and imagining. The grilling area next to the picnic spaces makes this spot particularly great for weekend family cookouts.
