Park History
The park is named after Dr. Paul Dugan, a prominent figure in Roseville's history who served as the President of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, was appointed to the California Board of Medical Examiners, and acted as Director of Medical Education for Roseville Community Hospital for twenty-one years.
