When Sacramento's summer heat hits, the swimming pool complex becomes the place to be. It's thoughtfully divided into three areas: a main pool ranging from 3.5 to 5 feet deep, a diving pool for the more adventurous swimmers, and a shallow toddler wading pool complete with a splash umbrella that delights the youngest visitors. If swimming isn't your strong suit, don't worry - life jackets are available, and there's even a lift chair for accessibility. Lifeguards keep watch over the whole area, and the small entrance fee helps maintain this community resource.
