Many people have luck catching fish here, however swimming isn't allowed in the lake. Park Features

If you're visiting with kids, they'll appreciate the playground where they can burn off some energy. Around the park, you'll find benches positioned just right for lake-viewing - perfect spots to sit with a book or simply enjoy the moment.

The picnic areas are well-kept and offer some of the best views in the park. Some spots even have trees perfectly spaced for hanging hammocks if you're looking to relax in style. Just note that there aren't any public restrooms here, so plan accordingly.

Getting Around

Parking is street-only, with spaces typically available right in front of the entrance. Feel free to bring your four-legged friends along - just remember they need to stay on leash so everyone can enjoy their visit.

You should know that after rainy days, some areas can get muddy, which might limit wheelchair access to certain picnic tables from the main path. The park is open daily from 5AM to 10PM, accommodating both early morning visits and evening strolls.
