Completed in late 2019 as part of the Las Olas Oceanside Parks System (or TheLOOP for short), Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park sits right on the Intracoastal Waterway at the base of the Dwight L. Rogers Memorial Causeway, where Las Olas Boulevard crosses over the water. It represents a slice of Fort Lauderdale's $65 million investment to create more meaningful public spaces.

From here you can watch a variety of vessels gliding by - from luxury yachts that make you wonder what life choices you should have made differently, to massive cruise ships and sailboats moving across the water.

Tranquil Retreat

If you're looking to escape the South Florida hustle without actually leaving town, this park is a good option. The space offers a quiet respite from city life, with the gentle sounds of water lapping against the shoreline providing nature's own soundtrack. Its location along Las Olas Boulevard means you're just a short walk from shopping and dining, yet it feels worlds away.

The waterfront views here are genuinely stunning - the kind that remind you why people flock to Florida in the first place. Residents from nearby condos often come here for morning exercise or evening dog walks in this peaceful setting.
