The park is maintained by the City of Pembroke Pines and has somewhat limited hours - it's open Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30-8:30PM.

Note that the football field occasionally closes for maintenance or renovations, so you might want to have a backup plan if that's your main reason for visiting.
