At the heart of the park lies a spacious diamond-shaped green area that's fantastic for throwing a frisbee, having a picnic, or simply lounging with a good book. A gentle walking path encircles the entire park, ideal for those peaceful morning or evening strolls. The park's thoughtful design includes various amenities that cater to visitors of all ages and interests.

Recreational Facilities

Kids absolutely love the extensive playground here. It's well-equipped with swings for children of different ages, including some inclusive swings for children with disabilities - a thoughtful touch that makes the park accessible to more families.

The covered picnic area is great for small gatherings. With multiple tables that can accommodate about 20-30 people, it's just right for birthday celebrations, family reunions, or casual get-togethers with friends.

If you're feeling a bit more active, the athletic field offers plenty of space for impromptu sports games or workout sessions.

Water Features

A highlight of Hull Park is its recently renovated splash pad, part of the City of Savannah's Recreation ReiMagined initiative. Open from April through October, this refreshing oasis features self-activating buttons so you can enjoy water play during designated hours.

On those sweltering Savannah summer days, the splash pad becomes the most popular spot in the park, with children laughing and splashing about. The area sometimes doubles as a small amphitheater for community performances, adding cultural value to this already delightful space.

Situated among residential streets, Hull Park is the neighborhood's backyard and a natural meeting point for locals. Its quiet setting and diverse offerings have made it an essential recreational resource for nearby residents.
