Found in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, McCulloch Park may be small at just 4 acres, but it packs in plenty of history and charm. Named after Hugh McCulloch (a former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury), this little urban oasis exists thanks to his land donation back in 1886.
