The paved Fall Creek Trail winds through this charming seven-acre neighborhood park in Indianapolis, great for a morning jog or a leisurely bike ride with views that make you forget you're in the middle of a city. The trail stretches for miles in both directions and connects with the Monon Trail - ideal if you're looking to extend your outdoor adventure.

The park sits right where Fall Creek Parkway meets 30th Street, along the scenic banks of Fall Creek, making it a little green haven that doesn't ask much of your time but gives plenty in return.

Get Moving

At the heart of this community space are two full-size basketball courts that recently got a serious glow-up. Thanks to a team effort between NBA player Tyrese Haliburton, the Indiana Pacers, Indy Parks, and local partners, these courts now sport fresh paint, updated logos, new seating options, and prettier landscaping. They've quickly become a favorite spot for local ballers looking to shoot some hoops.

There's a bike rental station available if you want to explore the trails. There's also plenty of open grassy space well-suited for throwing down a blanket, reading a book, or just watching the clouds roll by.

Take a Break

You'll come across a few picnic tables and benches scattered across the park - nothing fancy, but they do the job when you need to rest or enjoy a sandwich. The dedicated parking lot makes it easy to visit, whether you're dropping by for a quick walk or planning to spend a few hours exploring the trails.
