Nathan Bill Park is named after a significant figure considered the father of playgrounds and parks in Springfield. In the early 1900s, Nathan Bill and his family established five different parks and playgrounds throughout Springfield, creating a lasting recreational legacy for the city.

Park Features

Spanning approximately 21.5 acres on Plumtree Road, this family-friendly recreational area offers diverse outdoor activities for all ages. The park features multiple baseball diamonds that regularly host youth baseball games and practices.

The playground area is thoughtfully divided into two sections – one designed specifically for older children and another for younger ones, ensuring age-appropriate play equipment for everyone.
