About Phalen Park in Saint Paul
Phalen Regional Park is a 494-acre urban oasis located on the east side of Saint Paul, Minnesota. The lake is surrounded by a paved trail that stretches approximately 3 miles, providing a scenic route for walking, jogging, and biking.
The park features a diverse landscape, including rolling hills, fairly level areas, and native oak stands that have been preserved since the park's establishment. In recent years, efforts have been made to remove invasive plants and replace them with native species, enhancing the park's natural beauty and ecological value.
