Lighted Ballfields

Baseball is the main draw at Flowers Park, an 8-acre city park on Flowers Drive in South Jackson. It has three lighted baseball fields, so evening games are an option, and it has long hosted youth baseball through the Oak Forest Youth Association.

Trails, Picnics and Upkeep

Beyond baseball, there's a walking trail for a casual walk or jog, a picnic area, playground equipment and restrooms. The playground is limited, though, and some fixtures have been reported to be in poor condition, so it's not the best pick if that's your main reason for coming.

Parking is on gravel lots. The park has struggled with maintenance over the years, and both longtime community members and recent visitors have noted signs of disrepair.
