Location and Overview

Tucked away at the intersection of South Folsom Street and West B Streets in Lincoln, Nebraska, Schroder Park offers a cozy 2-acre green retreat in the heart of the neighborhood. While modest in size, this little park offers locals a place to enjoy some fresh air and open space.

Wellness Campus Initiative

Schroder Park is now home to the Schroder Park Wellness Campus. This project brings together the Mourning Hope Grief Center and the Willard Community Center in a collaboration focused on community well-being.

The campus is taking shape as a place where wellness services and activities come together in one convenient location.

Park Amenities

Kids can enjoy the playground with various equipment for play. If basketball is more your speed, the court is ready for your next pickup game, while the open grassy spaces welcome everything from yoga sessions to picnic blankets.

The picnic area and shelter are available for family gatherings.

Note that you won't find public restrooms here, so plan accordingly before your visit.

The park hosts programs like the monthly book club, which meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at the Mourning Hope Grief Center.
