You'll likely encounter both leashed and unleashed dogs during your visit, however technically, leash laws should be followed for everyone's safety and comfort.

Recent Improvements

In 2023, the park began receiving some much-needed attention when city leaders kicked off a renovation project focused primarily on replacing the 41-year-old irrigation system. The aging system had become something of a relic, causing maintenance headaches and inefficiencies.
