Lanigan Park features a popular splash pad located on South Park Avenue, west of Louisiana Street. The splash pad is one of several such facilities operated by the City of Buffalo to provide relief from summer heat for residents and visitors.
The splash pad is typically open during the warmer months, with operations usually beginning in late spring and continuing through Labor Day. During the peak summer season, when Buffalo Public School students are on break, the splash pad is generally open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
