Vietnam Veterans Park, formerly known as North Cabarrus Park, is a 90-acre recreational area located in the southern part of Kannapolis, North Carolina. The park opened in 2002 as a joint effort between Cabarrus County, the City of Kannapolis, and the Church of God Children's Home.

It is currently operated by Cabarrus County and offers a serene environment for visitors, featuring a mix of natural and developed areas.

Trails and Natural Features

A 1.2-mile walking trail winds through the park, providing opportunities for exercise and nature observation.

The park also includes a wetlands trail and a boardwalk, allowing visitors to explore diverse ecosystems.

Recreational Facilities

For sports enthusiasts, the park offers various facilities including basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a 9-hole disc golf course.
