While these courts might show their age in places (a resurfacing wouldn't hurt), they're completely playable. The city has made some improvements recently to these spaces.

The walking trails meander through the park for those who prefer a more relaxed pace. The city has spruced these up recently too, but a little more trail maintenance would take them from good to great.

When you need to refuel or just relax, head to one of the picnic areas complete with tables and BBQ grills. The large grilling area is ideal for family gatherings, and the gazebo at the park's highest point offers a lovely view of the wooded area below - an ideal spot to catch your breath and take in the scenery.

Need to charge your phone? The park thoughtfully includes electrical outlets for community events or personal use. And when summer heat hits, the misters provide welcome relief.

The park's wooded setting creates a peaceful retreat from city life. The tall, mature trees provide welcome shade and support local wildlife too. The hilly terrain can give you a good workout - your legs will feel it when climbing the paths.

Good to Know

Granville Park welcomes visitors from 6AM to 10:30PM every day of the week. Like all city parks, you'll need to follow the posted rules, including keeping your four-legged friends leashed.

There are restrooms available, but be aware they might occasionally be locked or need some TLC. You'll come across parking on-site if you're arriving by car.
